Katherine Scott is a seasoned exhibit designer, developer, and project manager. Katherine graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design with a BFA in Graphic Design. She has served as Creative Director at the San Diego Museum of Man for the past five years and over that time has worked on over ten museum exhibitions leading the design team. Her expertise lies in being able to understand exhibition content and visitor experience goals, and translate it into a cohesive exhibition that include graphics, text, interactives, media, and immersive exhibit elements. Katherine loves the challenge of finding interesting and innovative ways to present content to museum visitors.
Katherine serves as Vice-President on the board of AIGA San Diego, and volunteers as a mentor with the AIGA LINK art program.
In her free time, she enjoys going to the dog park with her dog, Habanero, fishing, rollerskating, and hula dancing.
